Return Process

  Log into your Zellerfeld account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare Package

  Place the 3D-printed footwear in its original sustainable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Ship Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
